The BrainMap programmes

Noes has two directions. The first is traditional Chinese medicine, without needles. The second is the programmes of the BrainMap Institute, the network Noes belongs to: qEEG evaluations that read the brain’s electrical activity, reports written from each person’s map, self-knowledge tests, calibrated sound and courses for parents. Alongside them, two free tests under the Noes name: The Intimacy Fingerprint and The Ayurvedic Map. Below you will find, in brief, what each one does and who it is for.

qEEG evaluations

They start from the brain map

BrainMap

Brain Fingerprint

Brain Fingerprint starts from a qEEG evaluation done at the BrainMap Institute: sensors placed on the scalp record the brain’s electrical activity, with eyes open and with eyes closed. From this map, a report of at least 15 pages (usually 15–17) is written, in Romanian, with your name on it. The nine frequency bands, from delta to gamma, are read one by one and then together: what comes to the fore, what stays in the background and how this shows at work, in relationships, under stress and at rest. No two people receive the same text, not even within the same family. The report is for self-knowledge: it is not a diagnosis and does not replace a clinical evaluation.

BrainMap

Brain Resonance

qEEG Resonance puts side by side the brain maps of two people: a parent and their child, or two partners. Each of them does, if they do not already have one, a short, painless qEEG recording at BrainMap, and the two profiles are compared on five axes: emotional regulation, attention, grounding in the body, pace of thinking and sensitivity. The report, of more than 15 pages, shows where you meet naturally and where the difference needs a little translation or a little dialogue, and comes with a 90-day plan. The map is read together with a specialist, in a dedicated session. The version for parents is meant, among others, for those with a child between 10 and 18 who feel they have grown apart. It is not a “compatibility” test, it is not a diagnosis and it does not replace therapy.

Online tests

They begin with a short test

BrainMap

Brain Compass

Brain Compass is a short self-knowledge test: 30 questions, about three minutes, free and with no account. From your answers it estimates five rhythms of the mind: emotional regulation, attention, grounding in the body, pace of thinking and sensitivity. It brings them together in a visual “star”, yours alone, and gives you one of six archetypes, from The Living Heart to The Balance. To see the result, you leave an email address or a phone number. The Compass estimates from your answers, it does not measure: if you want the real map of your brain, you can continue with the qEEG evaluation at BrainMap, from which Brain Fingerprint is written.

BrainMap

Inner Clock

Inner Clock is a chronobiological profile: it shows at what hours your body is in shape and at what hours it runs on reserve. You start with a free online test, which tells you your chronotype (Eagle, Lark, Fox, Owl or Bat) and your peak window. If you want more, the full report, 9 pages long, draws your energy curve hour by hour and a personal schedule: when to do the hard work, when to exercise, the latest time for your last coffee and when to have dinner. The extended version adds a weekly plan, a 14-day transition protocol and a guide for sleep, caffeine, light and meals. It is a tool for organising your day, not a diagnosis.

Noes

The Intimacy Fingerprint

The Intimacy Fingerprint is a free test about the way you get close and love: 30 statements, around five minutes, with no account. It starts from the adult attachment model (Brennan, Clark and Shaver, 1998), to which it adds three styles of intimacy: through the body, through emotion and through play. The answers are read on six dimensions, among them attachment anxiety and avoidance, sensoriality and self-regulation, and the result is one of the 12 typologies, each with its own metaphor. To see the result, you leave an email address or a phone number. The same page also has the books by psychologist Alina Robu and Dr. Alina Diana Nemeș: the Academia Intimității series and the Intimitatea adultă collection, plus three video courses. The test supports self-knowledge, it does not make diagnoses.

Noes

The Ayurvedic Map

The Ayurvedic Map is a free test in the Ayurvedic tradition, the traditional Indian system that reads temperament and lifestyle through three energies: Vata (movement), Pitta (transformation) and Kapha (stability). It takes around six minutes and has 30 statements, in two sets: 18 about how you have always been (your constitution, prakriti) and 12 about the last few weeks (your current state, vikriti). The second set captures which energy is elevated in you right now. You get one of the 7 typologies, from The Creative Wind to The Balance of the Three, and your proportions. To see the result, you leave an email address or a phone number. The test estimates from your answers, it does not measure; an objective reading is done by the Noes functional scan, accompanied by a specialist. It does not diagnose and does not treat.

Sound and courses

Calibrated sound and video courses

BrainMap

BrainTune Premium

BrainTune is sound calibrated on brain maps read in the BrainMap clinic. You simply listen, with no other effort; the binaural version needs headphones. It comes in three forms. Wellness has 11 sound profiles of 30 minutes each, for calm, focus, sleep, energy and more, and needs no evaluation. Clinic offers 30-day programmes on topics such as anxiety, insomnia or burnout, chosen after a questionnaire. Premium is a melody built on your qEEG map, unique; if you already have an evaluation at BrainMap, it starts from that. BrainTune is a wellness and relaxation-support product: it is not a medical device and does not replace specialist treatment.

Parents’ Academy

Parents’ Academy is a video programme for parents, built on psychology and neuroscience. It starts from a question: what is your child actually trying to tell you through tantrums, crying, anger or silence? The path covers the ages from birth to 20, in seven stages, from attachment and emotional regulation in the first year to becoming independent at 17–20. Each stage has a volume of video modules, each module on one topic. You can take a single module, on the topic you are going through right now, or the whole volume for an age. You pay once, with no subscription, and access does not expire. If you have more than one child, the principles apply to each; you choose the volume that fits each one’s age.
